Try these people out ; http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=633&item=3800786023
Paid the same in postage as the notcher and still only came to a shade over £50.00 sterling and took about 10 days delivery, good bit of kit and and a
damn sight less money than you'll pay in the U.K.
If you have access to a pillar drill then just buy the appropriate size hole saw. If you don't, consider spending the cash on a pillar drill,
much more versatile for the build.

Someone (can't remeber who -- Thanks Much though as its brilliant!) posted a little "tubemiter" utility a few weeks back. I've
stuck a copy up on my server:
www.andkilde.com/tubemiter.zip
You simply type in the tube size, angle of join and print and it gives you a nice lifesize paper template which you tape onto the tube to use as a
guide while you hack about with the angle grinder. Sounds complex but very quick in practice.

same as one in photo above
Another good tip..
If you have several 90 degree cuts to do (and you'll be unlucky if you haven't)....don't bother to pre-cut the tube....simply mark the
cut centres. centre punch and then just plunge through on the centres...
It makes accurate tube lengths and saves the cutting. I've cut hundreds of tubes using this method.
Iam i being total stupid but where on the chesteruk web page is the tool.
What happend to the rest of my post? There is stax of these for thirty dollars from over the pond but the dhl they wanted to use had a min price so it
killed the deal. The search is for a tube notcher on Ebay. And the p an p is not so high
But like the man says where in that site
Chester UK
tool is not shown on web sales - but is in paper catalogue available from web. Best just phone them for price/delivery to your location.
