Hi all , just joined site , i have ordered the book by chris gibbs and just need to know whether there are any problems i should be aware of before starting out . No idea where this build is going to take me but looking forward (at the moment ) to the journey . Any advice more than welcome .

i,m building the Haynes Roadster too, & can honestly say its one of the best things i,ve ever done,
there is also a Forum dedicated to the Haynes Roadster, along with this forum you will find all the answers you,ll ever need from them both.

yeah welding not a problem .
I don't doubt i'll come across endless probs but a problems there to be sorted , just wondered if the book had any shall we say misleading
bits , but from quick responses on here it doesn't look like help is far away ,thanks

yeah, problems... lol there'll be plenty of things you'll come across in you build which you just won't be able to work out, but theres
usually someone on here who's done something similar. so donm't be afraid to ask any questions
oh, and click my link below get yourself the IVA manual. its free
And watch out for that Chris Gibbs bloke, his eyes are too close together for my liking...

seems the build may be the least of my worries , i think you guys are gonna take more working out .
