Lets just say that from now on all MY pics of MY products will be water marked on ebay.
Get in touch with eBay, they've always been pretty good in the past when people have used my pictures for their auctions.
Just mention "copyrighted" photos and they'll pull 'em..
That's the risk you run, by uploading anything to the internet. As you say, if you watermark them, you reduce the chances, but assume that everything that's uploaded will be used freely and you won't get uptight so much!
