MK Indy:
What thickness aluminium has you guy's used for the bulkhead panel behind the seating positions?
And the other internal panels for that matter?
Cheers
I bought a 8'x4' sheet of 1.5mm thick Ally for panelling my Indy. So far I've done the rear bulkhead, tunnel (top + 2 sides), battery
tray area and scuttle panel.
On reflection 1.2mm would have been a bit easier to work with though.

PS - Pics on my website of some of the panelling.
I used 1.2mm, it only needs to be waterproof, and easier to work
ally off caravans is nice n thin, i get mine from local caravan repair center, though it hurts to go anywhere near a caravan, but thats another story......

I used 5251-H22 alloy of 1.2mm thickness. It is quite hard to bend but I wouldn't want it to be too easy or the panels will dent too easily. I
think this stuff is a good balance.
By the way I got mine from Aalco who are a (the?) major stockholder in the UK. It cost me about £24 for a 2500x1250 sheet with plastic coating on one
side. Delivery was £12 for 3 sheets of this. Check out their website here
Cheers,
Craig.
