Hello
I've searched and can't see this having been answered.
I suppose I need to cut CP10 less than the 268mm in the book.
The text suggests it fits inside and flush with the back of SB4/5 and the two horizontal rails but as SB4 is 269mm on the long (front) side and CP10
sits next to the side that is shorter (back) as a result of the angled cut it must be about 262?
I had another question but can't remember so will post again when I do.
TIA
Andrew
Locost?
+4?
+442?
Roadster?
I've a feeling it'll be roadster as I can't recall that CP designation on the locost drawings.
You could always try searching the Haynes Roadster forum if you looking for advice on the Haynes Chassis. The answer is that CP10 is meant to be cut
to suit.

Sorry....Chris Gibbs book. I think that's the roadster?
CP is Chassis Panel 10 in 5mm steel that has two holes to accept the diff brackets.
I've just remembered the other question too......
One hole is 31mm from one end and the other is 25mm from the other end but I can't for the life of me see where in the diagrams or text it tells
you which way up?
Thanks again!
That'll be the answer DeeZee.
Thanks.
Both questions answered on that thread.
Looks like I should be hanging there and not here!
Thanks again.
Cheers.
Andrew.
