i've always wanted to build a kitcar, but have been put off by prices and lets be honest, will the manufacturer be there tommorow.
found the book, bought it, read it, looked around for donor car, only to find that mk2 escort's are rarer than hens teeth around here.
so I surfed the net, found this site, followed various links which brings me to my question.

Would i be better building the McSorley 7+4 or the 7+442, if i have got it right I could then use a sierra as a donor.

ps i intend using a true injection engine to power it, just dont know which yet

I would have a look a look at the GTS plans. They're are on special on Ebay at the mo for a fiver.

They are designed for utilising sierra components and they'e de dion axle looks great value for money.

When I start build No2* thats the way I'm gonna go.
