Here are my plans for my rear IRS using Stuart Taylor parts for iwbunting, I also need a little help. Sorry if they are a little rough but thet have
been drawn on microsoft paint.
The first plan is attatched to this post and is of the pox section. The little squares are brackets and show roughly where they will be mounted but it
depends on what wishbones you have.
The overall height of the box section is not shown but it is 10.5".
Next bit on it's way

Here are the shock mount plans but I need a little help with the dimensions. Could anyone building an IRS ST locost please tell me what dimensions A,
B and C are.
Adam
Your picture reminded me..
if you're doing IRS the "M" tubes (I think - the verticals at the side where the trailing arms attach) can go at an angle into the
corner, this makes the whole spaceframe stiffer (all triangles right along the side)
Cheers
Bob
Very good point about the 'M' tubes Bob, wish I'd noticed it before I built my basic chassis.
