Need a part of my trials iron re-chroming..

Basically the swing arm is shabby, and needs a repair to the shock mount.

Seems theres nowt round here, anyone know where I can get it done?

Try ALMIT at Newton Aycliffe, or their sister company TIMLA at Bishop Auckland. I am sure one or the other does chroming. They do all sorts of plating and I am sure they will be able to help you out.

There's a place in Carlisle that does chroming & polishing, but I dont know it myself. I've heard they do a fair bit of bike stuff though.
