would anyone have a plan or dimensions for a jig to build the mx 5 based locost chassis which i could use. i am nearly ready to get started on my project.

dont now about a MX5 locost but have a look on the haynes roadster forum there are a few people using MX5 on there

I thought people just built the chassis over a plywood board with the outline marked on it

Saturn Sports Cars do additional plans to go with the Haynes plans to use Mk1 MX5. It's downloadable as a PDF. The layout is vurtually identical with the differences being in the wishbone dimensions and diff mounting.

Vodou Auto Kits also do an MX5 based Haynes roadster thats down loadable by pdf file. You will also find the chassis and wishbones for it for sale on ebay.
