Engiineering Plastic?

Thinking of making the seats mounts out of 60 x 40 nylon bar. Is there such a thing?

There will be such a thing somewhere, it all depends on how much you want to pay.

Why do you want to go for nylon instead of standard steel or aluminium?

like this?,if so,i made rollers for my up and over garage door,should be strong enough for seat spacers.

Something like a PE would be better IMHO.
Used to be described as high molecular weight, ie very dense, now usually referred to as PE1000 or something similar.

What about Carbon laminate or Kevlar laminate what East coast in shields do

In my experience engineering plastic is just plastic pimped. Doesn't work and fails.
