Seamless tube Suppliers

Could anyone suggest a possible supplier of seamless tubing in the Reading/Berkshire area. I'm trying to get hold of some 19mm tube for wishbones but to date, have not had a lot of luck.

Cheers
Gary

Metal Supermarkets normally have this stuff in stock, closest to you would be the Southampton branch, but they also do a postal service which costs a minimum £12 I think, worth getting a few bits in that case. Some kit car suppliers will sell this stuff aswell, people like Tiger

19mm is a bit iffy 22mm a much better bet even if you can't find seamless.

Not re-open a very long running can of worms but it is generally agreed that any problems with lower wishbones are a combimation of lack bending stiffness/strength, local buckling and a stress raiser. For the same wall thickness 22mm od tube is 2 times stiffer in bending than 19 od.

FWIW, im using regular seamed 25mm tube with a 2mm wall thickness. But previously, 16g 19mm square tube has held up over a short journey.

ISTR that someone said that the seam isnt such an issue, provided it is aligned well.
