Robin hood cars do a complete bush kit with all the tubes and tophats you need priced at about £29 per set or £50 for two sets two sets will do the hole car

Its generally best to get bushes first and tube later.

Better still is to work out exactly what bush and tube your going to use before buying either.

Most suitable bushes i've seen fit into a pipe of 21mm or 29mm internal diameter (or more likely is the imperial sized tube).

MK himself advised me NOT to use hydraulic quality CDS.
Reason - Hydraulic CDS tube is heavily annealed, so it can be easily bent/curved and coupled up using appropriate fittings, for hydraulic transmission, etc. This type of tube is usually employed as plumbing, in industrial hydraulic power applications.

You really don't want wishbones which will be too easily bent!!

Definitely don't use odd ball off-cuts unless you are experienced in metalurgy and you know the exact composition of the material.
Just use mechanical tube; it's designed for general fabrication and is weldable.
