for a vauxhall 2.016v lump
stu16v etc,
wish to see how high it sits, engine mounts, etc
is it possible to mount the engine at normal 7deg or is the sfi box to high??
Hi mate, have pics but unfortunately not digital. You may have trouble trying to use the standard inlet manifold, it is not only the height which is
the problem, but the inlet sweeps down low beside the block, exactly where the steering column wants to go! As for mounts, luckily I had a mate who
was building a VX Westy at the same time I needed mounts, so I merely 'copied' them, using Cortina/Transit large bobbin type rubber mounts. I will try
and get some piccies scanned.
