Badger - 13/2/03 at 10:35 AM

Hi,

Long tim ereader, first time poster!

Just decided to take the plunge and have been offered a White Rose Vehicles chassis, as part of a bundle. The seller got bored just after he bought it!

Anyone got any experience of these?

All posts read and gratefully received!!

Cheers

Welcome,

Not heard of White Rose Vehicles. Do you have any links to their stuff?

I remember many years ago dealing with them.. (10 years i think). They were into wooden lowcost kit cars made from mdf.
They still on the go?

White Rose went bust, have probably been raised from the dead,Lazarus fashion,by now. Locust owners would probably disagree but they are primitive to say the least- dont expect to find a spaceframe chassis as it was a ladderframe with a ply tub bunged on top.
Hope this is of some use

If White Rose have re-incarnated (pun intended) and anyone knows where they are...I'd be interested as they used to do one of those old fashioned vans based on a sierra.

Wasn't there some news clip about BWE Sportscars taking on some of the White Rose projects?

For LocUsts, check out www.locustenthusiastsclub.fsnet.co.uk.
