Seat mounting points.

I have chosen to use some 3mm plate 2inches wide to bolt the seat runners too and I’m now having second thoughts as to its strength.
The floor is going to be bonded/riveted aluminium. I'm also planning to add a strip if 3mm plate going the length of the runner so that it is fully supported.
Is this enough or will my seat be a bit wobbly?
I was hoping not to use 25mm box because it raises the seat another 25mm causing other issues with seat belt mountings.
Anyway, this is what i have done so far, what do you think?

Probably o.k The caterham seats I have use 3-4mm strips allong the runners that then fold up into a Z at the end to attache to the top of the chassis box section running acrosss the chassis.

Maybe if you use some angle with a small return? It might off a little more strength.

You could also add another strip under the car. Or if you're really bored, add angle under the car, and place it so it'll create a nice under tray addition running front to back.

Thanks for the replies!
It looks like what i have done isn't far off what some manufacturers are doing so i'll go along with it how it is and see how I get on when it eventually hits the road!
Cheers!
