So......
Every locost is having a pair of funny looking things at the top-corner of the upper rail.
If you place the diagonal exactly under the upper rail and place the second one exactly the same inwards. What happens?
Your arc which give u extra negative camber in roll will be smaller.
My Question is:" will anybody notice this when we drive it with less cambergain?"

Thx Ned i had to have a picture, maybe someday copyright will be payed
There is a thread somewhere else on ears. I think you would seriously upset the steering geometry if you do what you propose, however if you leave the
upright and bracket where they are and plate the inside corners I think you could cut the ears off without any bother, the only question is why do you
want rid of them?
I am thinking of extending my ears to form the headlight supports can anyone suggest why this is a dumb idea?

Hi, if you check out my Photo Archive, the second picture shows what I did, it seems to work fine, definately no problems with the steering. Regards
Chippy. Ah! actualy achieved it!!!

They're not ears, they're light bracket mounting points.
