I am building a heavy Locost 7 (Ford V6 and all the Aussie chassis mods). I am wondering whether it is safe to use the Book's metalastic suspension bushings designed for Spitfires GT6, , Heralds etc. Should I go for something stronger, or is it strong enough. What does one see on Vientos, Stalkers, Daxes?

I see no reason why GT6 bushes are not plenty strong enough.
After all that Triumph in-line 6 is also a boat anchor same as a Ford V6!

I agree, the Triumph bushes should be fine and best of all they are reasonably priced and readily available.
