Quick question, I know about the page 64 mistake of the 2nd edition of the book, with the measurement of 146mm instead of the 110mm (which I have made my suspesion bracket to), but does anyone know if the 38mm dimension is correct for the placement of the bottom bracket?

In other words, can I weld on the bottom bracket at 38mm and then just space the top one up 110mm?

(tried a few searches, but I'm on dial-up and it's wrecking my head!)
