I'm sorry for the very novice question, but where does anyone reccomend in the Berkshire area for supplying metal for chassis?
Next novice question, what do I need?
I am planing on making a spaceframed MK1 (golf) GTi, to carry rr drive running gear and a north-south running gear.

You may be best putting this on the mid-engined section as well and having a look at some of the other's projects along these lines. Quite an ambitious really, with lost of issues to resolve. If I were you I would add any drawings or pictures you have in to your photo's archive, so at least folk can see what you have in mind.
