As I have not got a camber gauge, has anyone worked out roughly what one complete turn on the top ball joint equates to in degrees of camber??
Its got cortina uprights and 15" wheels.
Also what's an acceptable of camber on a middy and when cambers quoted is that per side or in total.
Thanks all
Spirit level, tape a couple of nuts to the edge so you can measure the camber from the wheel rim.
Set the car height higher than you will run, say 2 inches high then set the camber to zero with the spirit level.
When the car is lowered the wishbones will induce some camber, its important to get both the same, you will have to look at tyre wear to see if its
correct.
