dose any one know where i can get a large radius rolled into 22mm tube to follow the rear wheele arch or just above 2",the process will be either ring rolling or a very large mandrel

You should be able to do it yourself using a bending beam. If you have a look at my photo archive you will see some picture of the bending beam. Easy to make and easy to use.
