Can anyone tell me how much erw tubing ill need to get a chassis built? and also whats the preffered method of welding... mig or tig?

Check here for proper drawings and a bill of materials cut list. I used these drawings and a cheap TIG welder to build my chassis. personally I don't like arc or MIG I have learned TIG doing this job and really love the amount of control you have and the super finish when it goes right!

It's been a while now, but I'm sure I ordered 7 off 6.1m lengths of 1"sq (so about 42m), 1 off of 3/4" round and some other sundry tubing.
