how long did it take you to do the front brackets for the wishbones. it tuk me about 6 hours to get them right. then i set the lazer bed up at work put the chassis on it was 4mm out so i had to cut the back off and do it all again. all because i cut one bit to long but its all done now . was yours a pain in the asre or is it just me.

Those that I made ware also “a pain in the arse”. After making the third pair of wishbones it was finally right.

Yep - we've all been there.

I did all this: http://locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=23808

Then changed my bones: http://locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=35371&page=2&contribmessage=none

It's all good fun and f*ck me does my car handle well now it's all done.

It's worth it, honest.

Worst bit of build 3, attempts still not 100% sure they are right The way I did it was jig the bones up and offer the entire assembly to the chassis eventually got it right only to find top wishbones were wrong length when I put the wheels on!
