Just thinking, it would be completely possible to built a Locost using the McSorley drawins and the information avaliable here and on builders pages... Which leads me to why the hell did i pay $80 and wait 6 weeks for the ordering of Mister Ron Champions handiwork that isnt even landed in the country yet!! Dammit. Call it spam if you will, but heh.. what ever. Im pissed.
Oh u live and learn, this sites a mine of information, the best read possible with a cuppa (or somthing stronger) happy fabricating

Silly bugger
Don't worry, the book will still come in handy -- helps remind you of all the little things you'll need along the way.
I'm using the McSorley dimensions as well but my copy of the book is well thumbed, greasy and lives on the workbench.
Good Luck, Ted
Mcsorley only details the basic tubes, not things like suspension brackets, body panelling, the floor, brake pipe brackets, radiator brackets,
steering rack mountings, etc etc etc.
When making a CAD model from the mcsorley plans I still had cause to refer to the book for its diagrams, explanations of the relationships between
various tubes and useful photos of what the finished thing should be like.
Also, I haven't got them in front of me right now, but I don't think the mcsorley plans include any of the triangulating tubes.. if you just
go by those plans and don't put any of those tubes in your chassis will be quite floppy.
Book good. it's got tits in it too (look at the back pages)
hate to join in but that chick is HOT

I havent even seen a 'book' yet.
