Just got a few bits delivered from them, including a bush set. This includes outer / inner tubes as well as the rubber inserts. Now the daft
question.
Am I right in saying that the bush makes contact with the sides of the suspension mounts (ie the c shaped bits about 2" across) ?
As opposed to the inner tube? Does this mean the rubber needs lubrication?
The suspension movement is supposed to be provided by the bush material itself flexing, and therefore no lubrication is required. This is the reason
why suspension bolts should only be tightened with the car in normal level position.
