GTS Chassis

Has anyone built a GTS chassis from GTS tuning?

gts have been established for quite a while now supplying parts, but only debuted their chassis at the exter show in december. Darren/gtstuning posts on here quite often and will probably reply shortly. He reports to have had a good take up on sales, though I'm guessing it will be a little early for many/any of the buyers to have completed their cars yet; watch this space i guess!

Darren is a nice chap, and his parts/service seems to be pretty good, so i would imagine his chassis is well made too. I would imagine darren will know whos bought and completed his chassis.

Dreckly will be collecting his....'dreckly.
I had a good look at the GTS at Exeter, looked spot on. Must have been good for Dreckly to buy one as he's a pedantic git!!!!! Sorry,I meant to say he's a perfectionist.
Ian

NB DO NOT TAKE THE PEDANTIC BIT TO HEART MATE!

Cheers Ian, Mate!?!
With Mates like you etc, etc!!
I suppose this does this mean the only "Mates" worth having are actually condoms?!?

Being serious though, the chassis I'm having built is to my spec., TIG welded in 18 swg tube, with extra strengthing as required. It is longer than standard to accomodate Lanky B***ers like the Robinbastd, with a roll cage designed in conjunction with Darren.
The completed car will be a road legal demonstrator, built to compete in sprints and hillclimbs locally, powered by a 180-200 BHP Toyota 20 Valve 4AGE phase 4.
Yes, Ian's comments are correct, but I was that impressed with the quality of the workmanship it wasn't worth dusting off my welder and the Fibreglass also seemed excellent.
I also totally agree with Ben and Neds comments about Darren and GTS Tuning.
Regards. Ken.
