Hi all,

I'm about to start my setup on my locost Honda CBR kit.

Anyone help with what geometry I should be aiming at?

Cheers
Oli

I'm not sure if it would be the same, but on my Indy I go for;

Ride height:
Front - low as possible
Rear - 10-15mm higher than front

Camber:
Front - 2deg negetive
Rear - 0.75deg neg

Toe:
Front - 0.5mm in
Rear - (not adjustable) 1mm in

Caster:
Not adjustable -

Corner weights:
Still playing about with these, though it was set up previously to have equal weights on the front wheels

That's perfect!

Mine is based on an Indy so happy days

Thanks

You may want to go for 1.5deg camber on the front if it's just for road use.
I find with mine that one turn of the top mount on the upright gives me about 0.5deg, so I just adjust it accordingly.

How's your sump clearance?

With a BEC this can be the deciding factor in front ride height.

I had 100mm on mine, but could get it to bottom out quite easily on dips in the road, and also cats eyes on occasions
