Strewth!
The sort of guy you want living next door to you!
when you look through it its not actually that bad. if you can cad, tig and buy stainless bits mail order your halfway there.
Looks bloody good though
Excellent fabrication but it looks like they've made the collector runs out of sections of pre-bent pipes, as a consequence the primaries from exhaust to the turbo collector are too long. Real turbo headers keep the pipes as short as possible to reduce lag.

As long as he is the friendly type willing to lend a hand. If he were a braggart is would be miserable....
From the article/post he seems nice enough....
Nicely thought out and executed bit of work.
There's no reason anyone else couldn't do the same or better (if you have a TIG or access to one).
Just gotto love working with round tube.
The only thing stopping me from crafting my own s/s fannimold is the cost of the material!!!
then maybe you should have a look at this place....................
All Stainless Ltd
the tube and bends in 316 stainless from here are little more money than mild steel stuff from custom chrome!
nice prices!
but what spec should a stainless exhaust be ?
304 or 316 will do the trick, you can use either. 304 less corrosion resistant but cheaper, 316 better.
Either will weld fine and polish up very nicely.
should have added, you obviously want to be looking at the hygienic tube and fittings bits on there, plus the "unusual stock" section.
