Guys, a friend of mine left his bike with me when he was posted to Turkey years ago.
Now back in France he's asking how much it would cost to transport it from Reading to near Paris.
Whilst I'll happily dig out my bike trailer and drive it over for him I have the feeling it will cost him less if we use a carrier.
So any suggestions gratefully received.
Also will it need to be drained and/or palletiesd?
Thanks, Pewe10

Sounds like a nice excuse to visit France to me
I'd suggest Shiply too.

^^^ what he said! Good food, quiet roads, good coffee. Is there a downside? :-D
Pewe, a colleague of mine comes to the UK at least every couple of weeks to bring back kit car bits and doners etc. He may have a space in his van that could be filled by your mate's bike. He's based in Reims. Drop me a U2U for his contact details. Oh and he speaks good English...
