chassis mods to accept hayabusa
i have attached a few photos of my car that iam converting.I would like to add a turbo or supercharger to get over 300bhp.Just wanted ideas as to
correct positioning of engine. The drive for the propshaft is at an angle of approx 15 degrees but that is so that engine is away from side of chassis
to give access for exhaust and or possibly turbo. Is this angle too big?Was going to get a two piece prop with centre bearing made 50mm diameter with
2.5mm thickness? Will this handle 300bhp ok?No reversing box. Will need to fabricate supports for engine and i realise the intake plenum will be outside
bonnet.Any experiences advice greatly appreciated.Thanks

No pictures to see...! When I spoke to Bailey Morris (propshaft manufactuers), their technical chap said 7degrees was the limit, and 4 degrees is
better.... Speak to them - they will soon tell you the limits for your application.
