Just getting started!!

Hi everyone, my name is Samy & i live in Sweden . I´ve just begun building my Locost according to Chris Gibbs book & I´m loving every minut althoug it´s also very stressfull (fun stressfull).I work as a welder for a company making all the stainless details for luxury boats so I thought it was time to use my skills to do something I´ve dreamt about for a long time....
So anyway I´m really happy I got the book but the more I read the more I realize how much work & time it´s going to take & also how much help I´m going to need .So I hope to be able to get some advice from you all & I also hope I could contribute in some way as well.
Thanks ,
Samy

Welcome to the madhouse Samy. Whatever you do, keep at it. You'll need lots of determination and dedication to see it through to completion but when you're driving something you've built on a warm summers day, it's the best feeling ever.

BTW, what engine are you thinking of fitting?

Phil

Thanks ditch, yeh i know what you mean so i thought i would start a logbook of the build & keep track of cost & time . Also as long as i can make everything myself i´ll be able to keep the budjet down .
