Get in touch with eBay, they've always been pretty good in the past when people have used my pictures for their auctions.
Just mention "copyrighted" photos and they'll pull 'em..

That's the risk you run, by uploading anything to the internet. As you say, if you watermark them, you reduce the chances, but assume that
everything that's uploaded will be used freely and you won't get uptight so much!

I'll second that, have had promo pictures stolen from a website by an ex member of staff to promote his 'business'.
Infact, he stole whole sections of words as well.
His ISP didn't care.
Still, his site no longer exists, the one I did is still kicking.
Gotta love a scary younger brother who works in IT (Denial of Service & 14000 spam emails a day )
