Newbie/Tiger IRS

Newbie/Tiger IRS

Hi all,
Im new to this forum so Let me start out by introducing myself, my name is Sean and I live on the other side of the pond. I have been reading the bike engined forum for a while now gathering information. I have also been researching on the net for about 2 months and I think Im getting close to the buying stuff stage. What I want to build is an r1-powered locost using IRS. I think theres a couple of you here doing this? I wanted to use the books front and a tigers IRS design for the frame. I will be asking tons of questions over time but I will start out with this one. Does anyone have any plans or pictures of the tigers IRS? And has anyone successfully combine the tigers IRS with the books frame. Thanks in advance, P.S. this is a great forum!

Sean

Welcome to the forum.

It's a great place to learn about and discuss car building without all the pretention and argument you get elsewhere.

Plus - our friends from the "Mother country" tolerate us!

<right guys?! >

Thanks. It's up there for people's enjoyment and inspiration. (Keeps me working on it too) I think a 1.8T would make a fine donor for a middy! I'd also like to try my VR6 if I ever total my car... (hoping NOT)!
