Standard sizes of steel box section around 45mm??

I'm after some box section, around 2 or 2.5mm wall.

I wanted it to be around 40 to 45mm box and i only need 1.5meters .

When i called metal supermarket the only box they did was 1.5mm.

Is there somewhere that lists standard sizes?

40²x3 and 50²x3 are common sizes at most metal suppliers.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I'm sure you should set up a division in the midlands. Coventry / Nuneaton is an excellent area.

(plus there are a few on here who'd help you with your car / reduce your steel waste costs).
