Wishbone tube

Hi everyone,
I've got a problem, insofar as I have run out of 35mm seamless for the wishbones. I only need five more bits 35mm long to complete the front uppers and one rear top outer adjuster. I've done the proverbial wall of death trying to locate some to no avail as yet. Local engineering firms have sucked their teeth and quoted for six meters worth when I reckon I'd get away with just a foot.
Does anyone have any spare? 35mm OD 29mm ID

Best I could come up with was a guy that would machine it out of solid and charge me £9 per 35mm piece. Which I thought was a bit expensive.

Ah ha, but wait...... It's only 1.5mm wall thickness!

That means it'll be 32mm ID (3mm too big for the bushes I have not to mention not strong enough)

He has other sizes, maybe worth a look under the precision steel tube section?

Are you sure about those dimensions?
Haynes uses 33.7mm 2.6mm thick tube according to my book (which is 28.5mm internal diameter).

Maybe try metals4u for mail order or there could be a metalsupermarket you could visit nearby.

I used 35mm with 29mm ID seamless, I found the 33.7mm with 28.5mm ID just far too tight especially after it was powdercoated
