Mnr tend to like to control their registered cars, suspect they will do one.
Only needs chassis number btw

I used these guys, would highly recommend....
https://www.engravefast.co.uk/
I was able to fit all the information I wanted on one of these (for IVA it's just manufacturer and VIN that's needed, I believe?):
https://www.eng
ravefast.co.uk/TROPHY-PLAQUES---SQUARE-CORNERS-50mm-x-16mm--BUDGET---Various-Colours---ENGRAVING-INCLUDED-from-99p
When I told them what it was for they even engraved a couple of centre punch dots near the edges of the plate to guide the drill for the rivet holes.
Pretty happy with the results.
If you want something different, they can do graphics and other custom work, but a basic trophy plate should satisfy IVA.

needs manufactures name, and vin.
for manufacturer, you could put mnr, or your own name, it defines what you should then register it as.
did mnr give you a vin.? else you will have to ask dvla for one.
EDIT:
manufacturers plate needs manufacturer and vin, chassis requires just vin

Mine was made by a local shop that does shoe repairs, makes trophys and plaques - didn't cost much at all - Fakenham, Norfolk
