Chassis update
How am I looking???
Not far off the powder coaters now.
Pat...
No trees were killed in the sending of this message.
However a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

That's one wicked roll cage you have there, put some casters on it and you could run either way up.

Are you going "media blast" that surface rust off before you powder coat it?

Is that a new process where you plaster TV images all over the chassis before painting?.
Joking apart... Have it shot / sand blasted FIRST. Its worth the money, as a poorly prepared surface will cause the Power costing to peel off. ie you
will waste your money.. Easier to do it right at this stage.
I have had this happen. Where the metal was filed / ground / sanded (welds etc) the power coating has stuck like Sh*t to a blanket.
Its false economy not to blast it.
1. The point of a journey is not to arrive.
2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

Some places use little plastic BB's instead of sand. Recycleable and easier to clean.
I want a TV in my Garage so everything will be media blasted....TV...Couch.....Refirgerator....if I can find a spare PC that too.
