Seat Belt Mount Question

Although I will be using 4 point harnesses for sva, future mot's etc, I plan on using 6 point harnesses for my prefered daily use.
I am under the impression that turnbuckles are not acceptable so hence the change post sva from 4 to 6 point.
I want to weld my belt bushes into the chassis but I want to make sure that the anchor eye bolt faces the right way when they are tight. (I have tried all of them and sod's law, they all end up at different angles in the same bush)
My question is, what have people used between the anchor and the bush?
Have you used a locking washer or just used loctite?
I will have to label each anchor bolt after welding the bushes in.
Cheers Martin

I've fitted bolt in 4 point Sabelt harnesses (primarily as they are not so easy for someone to unclip and walk off with). I didn't use any lock nuts/washers or loctite on the bolts. During SVA the examiner checked the bolt rating and asked me to remove 1 so he could check the bolt length and depth of internal thread in the bush. No mention was made of the need to lock the bolts in any way though.

I used loctite on mine just to be safe from them working loose
