Bill of Materials
Just after some help with a rough bill of materials for my +4 chassis. I won't have my books for a while.
This is the second time i have done this (first one abandoned) but from memory
80' of 1"x1" 16 gauge box
20' of 3/4" round DOM for suspension-What wall thickness???
20' of 2" DOM for rollcage What wall thickness???
3 of 8'x4' Ali sheets
I won't need any steel plate we have the best scrap bin in the world at work!
Can anybody think of anything else I will need to order?
Thanks

Small tub of elbow grease plus a pot of wisdom.
Also a "putting on" file may be useful for those awkward cuts

A large box of 12mm holes - I used loads!
Cheers,

When thinking outside the box doesn't work any more, it's time to build a new box

bag of sparks for the angle grinder
or more seriously take the BOM from http://mcsorley.net/locost/ and add another couple of lengths to cover the tubes that are 4" longer.
