19mm chassis bungs

Morning all

Any idea where I may be able to get some of the square chassis bungs like Tifosi sell but in 19mm instead of 25mm?

I've cut out a chassis rail for the remote gear change and would like to tidy the area rather than have an exposed hole.

either that or any other ideas to tidy up two holes that doesn't involve welding as I can't

cheers
Nigel

My Tiger uses what seems to be 20mm od tube so i was looking for these myself and i have found trailer retailers are the best bet.

There are some here anyway http://www.autow.co.uk/trailer_parts/plastic_inserts_prices_72.html

PS Hows the build coming along Nigel?? I'll have to pop down sometime - keep saying it to myself everytime I am down your way as my sister lives just around the corner from you now

B&Q sell them. Look in the section that stocks aluminium sheet, mesh, angle iron etc...

Andy.

The tubes really should be capped with welded pieces.

But, if you want to use the plastic bungs, then Hursts down in Newport have a bin full of them. 27P each. Saw them this morning, near the bolt counter.

Cheers,
Syd.
