Anyone know where I can get 50x25 16swg box?
I want some deeper box section for my bottom chassis rails on Cymtriks advice. The best Ive found so far is 2.5mm wall and I dont want to use this. I
could take two pieces of 25x25 togetehr but again this is heavy.
Does anyone know where I can get some thinwall box please?

Steel Express do it in 2mm if thats any good to you.

My local steel stockholder sells it.
I imagine yours would too.
Look them up in the phone book.

Most steel stockholders that sell the tubing for the chassis will also sell the 50x25x1.5 ERW section you want.
Just look in the yellow pages and phone around.

Delivery isn't unreasonable for nationwide cover, especially if you order other stuff with it.

I can only find 2mm wall black carbon steel. I think Im being a fud
