FAO Chrisw Fozzie
Just a thought, i have been reading the threads over the last few days about the issues shall we say that people have been having on the payment part.
I seem to have seen quotes along the lines of Fozzie has alot to do to keep the site clean and running well or something along those lines.
My suggestion is to make a few members full time Moderators of the site to help with running it and im sure there are plenty of members on her who
would gladly help out free of charge to keep this site running and keep out spam and help with any issues that may arise.
Just a though. keep it in mind.

an interesting idea. i've been on other forums, maybe even not as busy as this one, but more world wide users, and theres been like 10 mods.

sounds an idea to me!
i used to go on fiatforum alot, there was a large team of moderators that each took a section each and looked after. they mainly went for a section
they specialised in.

This is the only site i use that has only one mod. surly it must be a good idea to have a few. not every person can be on the site every day so a few
mods to help would be a good idea IMO

The most fair way would be for any one interested to add there names to a list over say a week then X amount of names are pulled from a hat. just have
a few rules like must be a paying member/member for at least a 12 months/must be a regular visitor etc.

i think people that provide and help most should get it.
e.g if your experienced alot in fabrication etc, your given the chasis section.

Modding is a ballaching, thankless task. If it is done well no-one notices all the rubbish you keep from them, but you do get oversensitive wingers
complaining about every percieved slight and stirrers who push the rule boundaries to provoke a response. It takes a very calm personality and a very
thick skin. Unfortunately this means that those with the most techical know how or highest post counts are not always the best candidate.
How Fozzie does it I don't know

Sorry..but don't you think that if there are any more 'mods' or not, is up to ChrisW .... 
Do we need any more? .....
Do you not think, that you lot are in the main, pretty darn good at 'self-modding' ?
Has there been spam pr0n or the like lately, that I have missed?

i tell you the first thing i'm doing is sorting out that Fozzie, she keeps interfering in everything. I'll have her banned in no time!

cheers fella i was enjoying the time oof though. its weird, applied saturday night, phone call sunday, up to glasgow on monday to sign contracts,

that new government swine flu help line. nothing majorly exciting, but £7 an hour is better than the £0 i've been on for the last 4 months
seems all a bit rushed to get it started so no interviews or nothing. also looking for team leaders for £9.75 an hour, so i put my name in for that
too
