Chroming?
Need a part of my trials iron re-chroming..
Basically the swing arm is shabby, and needs a repair to the shock mount.
Seems theres nowt round here, anyone know where I can get it done?
Then its back together and up for sale

Hi Steve,
Try ALMIT at Newton Aycliffe, or their sister company TIMLA at Bishop Auckland. I am sure one or the other does chroming. They do all sorts of plating
and I am sure they will be able to help you out.

There's a place in Carlisle that does chroming & polishing, but I dont know it myself. I've heard they do a fair bit of bike stuff
though.

Prestige plating in Barnsley, if all else fails you can mail it to me, I'll take it for chroming and mail it back when its done.......
