Paul,
What about your wishbones
Suspension brackets
Suspension bracket jig
Roll over bar
Cymtrics mods to front of chassis
Loads of bits to do.
Cheers,
James

What is a 'Cymtrics Mod'?? Sounds interesting. Is this just a mod for a book chassis?

It's a few simple modifications to the book chassis that improves overall stiffness by quite a lot.
For example he suggests fully triangulating the front section.
If you do a search for cymtrix you should find the document linked somewhere.

Cymtrics is a user on here who's done a Finite Element Analysis of the Locost chassis and then worked out a bunch of mods to improve the
stiffness of the chassis.
They can improve it considerably for very little, if any, weight penalty apparently.
Do searches for his posts as it's a long topic!

Thanks for the explanation Mackie.
Im just about to place an order for Mac1 ZR kit so was wondering if this was something i need to talk to them about - i guess not.
I thought trying to choose the best options before ordering a kit was difficult enough. Now ive got past that stage there is a whole world of
opportunity (and more choices) opening up!!!!
Its good to see locosters on-line at variuos times of the day. Do they generally work shifts or find it good light relief to ease the pressures of the
working day??? I wonder how much this site is costing British Industry.

It's a global community - while you're tucked up in your bed fast asleep, some of us are busy keeping the world
turning
