Alternative ball joints for Cortina uprights

Hi! Is there an alternative to Transit and Maxi ball joints for Cortina uprights? I would like to use some without flanges instead of Maxi ball joints. Thanks. David

The following non-original ball joints are therefore applicable to Cortina uprights:
Ford Transit
Austin Maxi
Fiat 124.
Are there any others?
