Stainless sheet vs aluminium?
Does anyone have the weight per sq metre of 1mm stainless sheet and 1.6mm aluminium sheet?
I know the stainless will be a little heavier, but by how much?
Cheers Chris.

Not sure what you want it for... but my bodywork panels were all done in 1.2mm.

as a rough guide
stainless steel is approx 0.00775
and alloy is 0.00271
figures are grams per cubic millimetre, so work it out from there.
