Cold galvanising compound spray
Hi, anyone ever tried this before, saw it in a shop the other day, by Draper, but assume theres other makes. Wondered how good it was (good and bad
points) and if it were suitable for doing a chassis after i rub it back?

It is ok for rust protection but is generally not a good primer for a finished coat, unless you use an etch primer over the top of it.
Many chassis are zinc sprayed before painting and this is very similar.
You will need to test it though before you commit it to a whole chassis.

Zinc spraying is done generally by people who do shot blasting.
After cleaning, they zinc spray to stop rust forming on the exposed metal.
It is about the same, but a better even finish from a proper gun.

Thanks, ive bought some now any way, just out of curiosity but i might give the zinc spray a go any way.

Zinc spray is verry effective but search for one with verry high zinc content the best i have seen is Zinga. must be in the 95% or higher to give
galvanic protection... they are eazy to paint just ask the company.
In can the zinc content is not as high
