Pre bent 1" square tubing
The rear end of my chassis has right angle corners and not rounded ones like everyone else. Is there a place that will do pre bent 90 digree corner
peices so i can cut off the corners and weld in the new ones?

Cut them off and put a bent strip of 25x3mm in instead.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Maybe use some bent round tube so you get a nice radius when you tap the rear sheet around the corner?
It's not structural so it doesn't matter what the tube is from. Cut it off an old school chair if necessary!
I used some old gas pipe and bent it round the vice with a big hammer!
Cheers,
James

Shopping trolley?
Not that I'm suggesting one of Tesco's fleet would give up it's life for the cause, but you know, if you happened to come across one
that had escaped.

Funny you mention Tesco, as they just announced they're coming to the U.S. This should be interesting.

old bike handle bars are good for this.
Racer/ kids bikes tend to have some good 90 deg bends

They have almost completed anhiliating the competition in the UK, so I guess they have set their sights on bigger things now...

I bought a couple of 90° weld bends for 1" steel pipe it is a bit thicker in the wall but is easy to get a flush weld to 1" thin wall
tube.
