chassis material

Hi,
Wante dto know what still to use for the chassis. I've been told to go seamless as it is stronger. What would be the best bonding agent for the alluminium panels and what reits should I use?
Many thanks

There is virtually no such thing as seamless square tubing available....regular ERW is fine...

If anyone knows a source for seamless square I'm sure many of us would be interested...

Sorry ment steel. I was thinking more of tubes nor square. But I have seen square seamless stuff but very pricy. They tend to e of a higher carbon content hence stronger but more expensive as its harder to forge etc.

As everyone else (pretty much) has survived using ERW I expect you'll be ok!
