Does anyone supply 25x25x1.5 squares for closing the ends of tubes?

Someone must to packs of these punched or laser cut or something?

ebay for plastic caps

Not sure i'd want to weld the ends up myself. Open ends mean you can get a waxoyl lance in there for starters

He's not looking for plastic plugs, he want 1,5mm thick mild steel squares.

Just cut mine from offcuts of box section
its what most fabricators do

Buy a strip of 25 X 1.5 or even 1 mm roughly the length you need to cover all + 15% and with shears cut off pieces slightly longer than 25 mm , weld on 3 sides and grind 4th side flush with angry grinder then weld - easy peasy.

I cut the lengths 25mm longer than needed, chop out 3 of the sides for a length of 25mm at the end, fold the remaining tab over and weld the three edges.

If that's confusing, it's more difficult to describe than to do it
